- Lead regional sales operations and achieve revenue, volume, distribution, and market-share targets.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies based on market opportunities.
- Manage and expand dealer, distributor, retailer, and Point of Sale (POS) networks.
- Identify new retailers and customers and drive product purchase and market penetration.
- Ensure product availability, stock management, channel expansion, and sell-out performance.
- Execute consumer engagement, activation, promotional, and market development activities.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and key business partners.
- Lead, coach, and develop sales teams to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor sales KPIs, market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
