Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Reddit Marketer. The Reddit Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize Reddit-focused marketing campaigns, including creating posts, comments, and community engagement strategies that align with Cartovum’s goals. Day-to-day tasks include identifying relevant subreddits, monitoring conversations, responding to community questions, and testing different messaging and content formats. The role also involves tracking campaign performance, preparing concise reports, and suggesting data-driven improvements. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to understand product offerings, refine positioning, and ensure all activity complies with Reddit’s rules and community norms is expected.
Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Reddit culture, community norms, and subreddit-specific rules
• Proven experience with online community engagement and social media marketing
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences
• Ability to analyze campaign metrics, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations
• Comfort working independently in a remote, contract capacity with clear deadlines and deliverables
• Experience with basic marketing tools (analytics platforms, link tracking, or dashboards) is beneficial
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as funnels, A/B testing, and audience segmentation is a plus
• Prior experience marketing on Reddit or similar community platforms is strongly preferred
