Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager — Business Development

Land Acquisition & Joint Venture | Real Estate

Best Tech Properties Ltd., a real estate development company with operations in Dhaka and Feni, is looking for talented professionals to join our Dhaka-based Business Development team and help expand our project pipeline.

THE ROLE

• Land Sourcing & Acquisition

Identify suitable land for outright purchase.

• Joint Venture (JV)

Explore & negotiate JV opportunities with landowners.

• Networking & Relationships

Build strong ties with landowners, brokers & stakeholders.

• Site & Market Assessment

Visit sites, gather data & provide assessments.

• Negotiation & Follow-up

Coordinate discussions with prospective partners.

• Business Development

Maintain a pipeline & present opportunities to management.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Executive: 2–3 years' relevant experience  |  Sr. Executive / AM: 5+ years' relevant experience

Experience in Real Estate, Land Acquisition, Property Development or Business Development preferred; hands-on land sourcing/JV exposure is a strong advantage.
