Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Real Estate Consultant will advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing properties, including conducting property viewings, gathering market information, and preparing proposals. Daily activities include maintaining property listings, following up with leads, and guiding clients through documentation and regulatory requirements. The role involves negotiating terms, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of transactions. The Real Estate Consultant will also support client training and education on market trends, investment options, and best practices in real estate.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts, including local market trends and regulatory requirements.
• Proven Sales skills, with experience in lead generation, client relationship management, and closing deals.
• Effective Negotiation abilities to secure favorable terms for clients while maintaining professional relationships.
• Experience in Training clients or team members on real estate processes, property selection, and investment considerations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly and build trust.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh, manage multiple client engagements, and meet targets within deadlines.
• Proficiency in basic office software and property listing platforms; familiarity with contract and documentation workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in real estate consulting or sales is an advantage.
