Role Description The Real Estate Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Khilkhet Thana. This position is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and managing real property opportunities that align with HADI GROUP’s development and investment objectives. Daily activities include identifying potential properties, conducting site visits, preparing market analyses, and advising internal stakeholders on real estate trends and opportunities. The consultant will handle client and partner communications, lead negotiations, prepare documentation related to transactions, and coordinate with legal and finance teams to support smooth closures. The role also involves maintaining an updated knowledge of local real estate regulations, participating in sales presentations, and supporting training initiatives for colleagues on real estate processes and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Real Estate and Real Property, including market assessment and property evaluation.
• Proven Sales skills with experience in client engagement, lead conversion, and relationship management.
• Effective Negotiation capabilities to manage property deals, contracts, and stakeholder interests.
• Experience in Training team members or stakeholders on real estate procedures, compliance, and best practices.
• Solid understanding of local property laws, zoning regulations, and real estate documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; professional real estate certifications are an advantage.
