Position: React & AI Application Developer

Location: On-Site, Agrabad, Chattogram, Bangladesh

Salary Range: 60,000/- to 70,000/- BDT per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:30pm to 10pm (Bangladesh Standard Time)

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled, AI-focused, and delivery-driven React & AI Application Developer to join our growing engineering team in Agrabad, Chattogram. This is not a traditional front-end-only role. You will build modern React applications

that integrate with AI models, AI agents, automation workflows, Laravel-based APIs, and data-driven services.

You will be responsible for delivering the complete agreed outcome, from understanding the requirement through development, testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js.
• Build AI-powered features such as chatbots, AI assistants, intelligent search, document analysis, automation workflows, and agent-based systems.
• Integrate applications with AI platforms.
• Build interfaces for AI agents, including task progress, approvals, streaming responses, outputs, errors, and user feedback.
• Take full ownership of assigned features and deliver the agreed business outcome, not only the coding task.
• Understand requirements, identify dependencies, clarify gaps, and propose practical technical solutions.
• Manage work through the full delivery lifecycle: planning, implementation, API integration, testing, deployment support, and post-release fixes.
• Work closely with designers, backend developers, QA, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify blockers, delivery risks, and missing dependencies.
• Provide clear progress updates and escalate issues early with proposed solutions.
• Test your own work before passing it to QA or stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related subject.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating React-based applications.
• Strong understanding of React components, hooks, state management, rendering, and reusable architecture.
• Practical experience integrating at least one AI or large language model API.
• Understanding of prompts, system instructions, structured outputs, context handling, and AI response validation.
• Experience building AI-powered interfaces, chat applications, streaming responses, or automated workflows.
• Experience with Git, pull requests, code reviews, and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to take a feature from requirement through to successful delivery.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to quality.
• Ability to work independently without continuous task-level supervision.
• Ability to estimate work, manage priorities, and meet agreed deadlines.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Delivery and Ownership Expectations

Success in this role will not be measured only by tasks completed or code written. You will be expected to:

• Own the agreed end goal from start to finish.
• Follow up on dependencies involving other team members.
• Raise blockers before they affect delivery.
• Demonstrate completed work against acceptance criteria.
• Resolve defects and feedback within agreed timelines.
• Support deployment and verify the feature after release.
• Maintain responsibility until the agreed outcome is working and accepted.
• Understand that “development completed” does not mean “delivery completed.”

code-generation shortcut.

You should be able to use AI tools to improve delivery speed while reviewing, understanding, testing, and taking responsibility for all generated code. You should focus on solving the complete business problem and converting AI ideas into reliable, secure, and production-ready applications.
