About The Role

We are looking for a proactive Lead Response & Lead Management Executive to manage prospective student enquiries across our digital communication channels.

The primary responsibility of this role is to respond to incoming messages, contact leads by phone, follow up with interested prospects, qualify their basic requirement, and schedule consultancy sessions with our counselling team.

Candidates with previous experience in an education consultancy or study-abroad company will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries received through Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
• Manage and respond to leads generated through Facebook/Meta advertising campaigns.
• Make outbound calls to newly generated leads and understand their basic study-abroad requirements.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and Messenger.
• Provide basic information about our services and study-abroad process.
• Schedule consultancy sessions for qualified/interested leads with the appropriate Student Counsellor/Consultant.
• Update all lead information, communication history, follow-up status, and appointment details in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team for smooth lead handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
• Previous experience in an Education Consultancy / Study Abroad Consultancy / Student Recruitment company is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.

Salary

BDT 15,000 – 25,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
