Quality Manager

Responsibility 1.To ensure all technical & quality control procedure in the factory to meet customers requirement. 2.To ensure fit quality and all kinds of sample from the development stage being sent for buyer approval. 3.Risk assessments are done sample stage. 4.To do fabrics inspection of 10% roll according to 4 point system. 5.To do primary test cutting Sizeset and secondary test cutting to avoid measurement discrepancy for bulk production. 6.To do PP meeting with production and quality related people regarding basic requirement, styling and production difficulties. 7.To check production specification against PPS, techpack & PPS comments to meet Buyers requirements regarding styling,stitching and way of doing measurement as per spec sheet and make sure of sewing trim card. 8.To ensure safety issue for button pull test and needle detector machine. 9.To have a random check by quality team against all machinery effect of needle application, SPI, Feedpressure, feeddog, stitching tension. 10.To control quality with Traffic light system & SOP System. 11.To work in the factory to control all technical, quality & Production to meet the delivery date. 12.To send report to proper authority. 13.To perform other duties as assigned by management. 14.Size Set Sample sand the Required Samples follow up on Style,Construction and speck to ensure Quality. 15.Coordinate between the store,Cutting,Sewing Production people,Washing and Finishing about the Quality Issues. 16.Close Monitoring the line layout on Quality aspect. 17.Personally doing the 07 pcs audit at sewing lines on Critical Processes to ensure the Quality. 18.Work closely to solve the process to process quality problems. 19.Making the marking pattern at sewing lines. 20.Hang up the critical mockup at front sewing operators and QC check points for easy understanding the defects. 21.Find out the Root Cause of defects and make correcton process. 22.Ensure the quality pass garments from sewing lines. 23.Maintain the Inspectionaudit reports files for further documents. 24.Train up the new quality people about the quality on allocated process. 25.Fabric dye shade & shrinkage approvals. 26.Factory DHU Monitoring. 27.Customer ClaimsComplains. 28.Arranging PP Meeting and planning layout. 29.Sewing InLine Inspection. 30.Finishing InLine Inspection. 31.Followup Rejection Closely Monitoring. 32.Pre Final inspection and offer final inspection to Buying QA. 33.Files and documents preservations. 34.Relation Buildup with Buying QA. 35.Finding solutions quickly without compromising production and quality.
