Role Description The Quality Control Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalkury, responsible for overseeing daily quality control activities across production lines. The role includes monitoring garment quality at different stages of production, supervising inspection teams, and ensuring that products meet established standards and customer requirements. The supervisor will conduct routine checks, review test and inspection reports, identify defects, and coordinate corrective actions with production and quality assurance teams. This position also involves maintaining documentation, supporting compliance with internal and external guidelines, training staff on quality procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in the factory.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to ensure consistent product standards and process compliance.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret quality data, identify root causes of issues, and recommend improvements.
• Candidates should possess relevant Laboratory Skills for conducting basic tests, measurements, and quality checks on textile and garment samples.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in apparel manufacturing, knowledge of industry quality standards, strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and proficiency in basic computer applications.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in textile engineering, garment technology, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in a quality-related supervisory role.
