Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance: Ensure raw materials, packaging materials, and finished snack products meet company and safety standards.
- Production Line Inspection: Conduct regular quality checks on the production line (weight, moisture, crispness, seasoning, and packaging sealing).
- Hygiene & Sanitation Standards: Monitor factory hygiene, food safety guidelines (GMP/HACCP), and proper sanitation across processing areas.
- Lab Testing & Sampling: Collect product samples for lab testing (pH, moisture level, shelf-life assessment, and contamination checks).
- Defect & Non-Conformity Tracking: Identify non-conforming products, isolate defect batches, and root-cause production issues.
- Vendor & Material Verification: Inspect incoming raw materials from suppliers to ensure they meet quality and specification limits.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain daily QC audit reports, log quality records, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Experience: At least 1 year
