Role Description The Quality Control Inspector is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka. This position is responsible for inspecting materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. Daily activities include conducting visual and measurement-based inspections, documenting results, flagging nonconformities, and collaborating with production and quality teams to resolve issues. The inspector will support root cause analysis, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and help maintain quality records and reporting. The role also involves clear communication with supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure that quality expectations are understood and met.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Inspection, with the ability to apply established procedures and use appropriate tools and techniques.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in Quality Assurance and Quality Management, including understanding of standards, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement principles.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to report findings accurately, collaborate with team members, and provide clear feedback on quality issues.
• Candidates should possess attention to detail, analytical thinking, and basic proficiency in using spreadsheets or quality management software for documentation.
• Relevant experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial environments, along with knowledge of safety practices, is beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience will be considered.
