Role Description The Quality Control Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Nilphamari Zila, supporting the quality assurance of inks and related products. This role involves performing routine laboratory tests, recording and analyzing test data, and verifying product quality against defined specifications and standards. The Quality Control Assistant collaborates with production and technical teams to identify non-conformities, assist in root-cause analysis, and follow up on corrective actions. Daily responsibilities include preparing samples, maintaining testing equipment, documenting results clearly, and helping ensure compliance with internal and customer quality requirements. The position also supports continuous improvement activities by providing accurate quality feedback and participating in audits and process reviews.

• Candidates should possess strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills for monitoring, testing, and documenting product quality.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret laboratory data, identify trends, and support problem-solving.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to report findings clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should possess practical Laboratory Skills for sample preparation, testing procedures, and safe handling of materials.
• Relevant education in chemistry, engineering, or a related technical field is beneficial.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow standardized procedures are essential.
• Experience in printing inks, coatings, or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills for data entry, reporting, and use of laboratory or quality management systems are preferred.
