Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance and Quality Control role based in Dhaka. The role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring quality standards and procedures across manufacturing and operational processes. Responsibilities include performing routine inspections and tests, documenting findings, and initiating corrective and preventive actions to ensure product and process compliance. The position requires conducting internal quality audits, supporting external audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues. The role also includes maintaining adherence to regulatory and industry standards, preparing quality reports, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with company objectives.
Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, ensuring consistent compliance with defined procedures and standards.
• Hands-on experience in Quality Management, including developing, implementing, and improving quality systems and documentation.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and its application in automotive or related manufacturing environments.
• Experience in Quality Auditing, including planning, executing, and reporting internal and supplier audits.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with ISO or similar quality standards and regulatory requirements relevant to automotive manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in data and reporting.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams on-site.
• Proficiency in using quality tools and software for data analysis, documentation, and reporting.
• Previous experience in automotive or manufacturing sectors is an advantage.
