Quality - Associate Director / Director (Apparel)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quality management initiatives across all apparel categories and supplier networks
• Drive quality consistency, process improvements, and vendor performance across multiple sourcing locations
• Manage factory assessments, quality audits, corrective action programs, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams to support supplier selection and operational excellence
• Build strong relationships with customers and serve as a trusted advisor on quality-related matters
• Analyze quality metrics, identify risks and opportunities, and implement effective improvement strategies
• Lead and develop a regional quality team, fostering a high-performance and solution-oriented culture
• Support the implementation of customer quality requirements, standards, and best practices across the supply chain

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Textiles, Fashion, or related discipline
• 10+ years of progressive experience in apparel quality management, including in leadership roles
• Strong expertise in garment manufacturing, quality assurance, quality control, and factory management
• Experience working with global retailers, brands, sourcing organizations, or trading companies
• Solid understanding of apparel quality standards, manufacturing processes, and compliance requirements
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive change within a fast-paced sourcing environment
• Fluent in English
