Role Description This is a full-time, on-site QA/QC role based in Dhaka. The role involves monitoring production processes, inspecting materials and finished products, and documenting results to ensure compliance with company quality standards and regulatory requirements. The QA/QC professional will assist in developing and implementing quality procedures, perform routine and random audits, and help investigate and resolve nonconformities. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining records, preparing quality reports, supporting internal and external inspections, and collaborating with production and management teams to drive corrective and preventive actions. The role also requires active participation in continuous improvement initiatives and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and safety guidelines.
Qualifications

• Strong Quality Control skills, including inspection, testing, and documentation of materials and finished products.
• Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Management, with experience in implementing and maintaining quality systems and procedures.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and ability to apply these standards to daily operations.
• Experience in Quality Auditing, including conducting internal audits and supporting external audits or regulatory inspections.
• Relevant academic background in Engineering, Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams on-site in Dhaka.
• Familiarity with basic quality tools (e.g., checklists, control charts, root cause analysis) and standard office software.
