QA- Knit & Woven

We are looking for an experienced QA to take ownership of quality follow-up from pre-production through bulk production and final shipment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Review approved samples, specifications, artwork, trims and customer requirements before production.
• Conduct product risk assessments and pre-production follow-ups.
• Regularly visit factories and monitor production quality.
• Conduct initial, inline, pre-final and final inspections as required.
• Check measurements, workmanship, sewing, construction, fitting, appearance, printing, embroidery, trims and packing.
• Identify quality risks early and ensure effective corrective actions.
• Independently conduct inspections according to AQL and customer requirements.
• Follow up samples, approvals, testing and third-party inspections.
• Manage quality issues, NCRs, root-cause analysis and CAPA until closure.
• Maintain accurate inspection reports, photographs and quality records.
• Coordinate effectively with QA/QC, production, merchandising, suppliers and Global QA teams.
• Take full ownership of assigned orders and ensure unresolved major/critical issues are escalated before shipment.

🔹 Requirements

• Strong experience in Knit Garment Production & Quality Control; woven experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing and workmanship.
• Good understanding of measurements, specifications and fitting.
• Knowledge of AQL inspection procedures.
• Experience working directly with garment factories.
• Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with third-party inspections and testing.
• Good English communication, reporting and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel regularly to factories.
