Job Responsibilities
- Purchase products and materials from the local market according to the organization’s requirements.
- Identify suitable suppliers/vendors and maintain regular communication with them.
- Collect quotations from different suppliers and prepare price comparisons.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Verify product prices, quality, and delivery schedules
- Negotiate prices and other terms and conditions with vendors.
- Maintain and preserve purchase-related documents and records.
- Ensure the timely collection and delivery of required products.
- Coordinate with the Accounts, Store, and other relevant departments.
