- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, and stakeholders.
- Represent the company in meetings, events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
- Coordinate with government, corporate, and regulatory organizations when required.
- Manage corporate communications and ensure a professional company image.
- Assist in preparing official letters(Bangla Bijoy & English), presentations, and business documents.
- Follow up on client inquiries and maintain effective communication channels.
- Support business development activities by identifying and nurturing potential opportunities.
- Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and promotional activities.
- Maintain records of external communications and stakeholder interactions.
- Perform other public relations and administrative duties assigned by management.
- Strong project management, organization, and multi-tasking skills under tight deadlines.
- Proficient with digital PR tools, social media management, and media monitoring software
- Experience: 2-5 years
