- Manage protocol-related activities for the company and senior management.
- Coordinate visits, meetings, appointments, and official events for senior executives.
- Receive and assist VIP guests, clients, government officials, and other important visitors.
- Maintain professional communication and coordination with external stakeholders.
- Arrange transportation, accommodation, meeting venues, and other logistical requirements when necessary.
- Coordinate with government offices, corporate organizations, and other relevant authorities.
- Ensure smooth movement and scheduling of executives during official visits and events.
- Handle invitations, correspondence, and protocol-related documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and management-related information.
- Perform other duties assigned by senior management.
