- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties.
- Handle corporate and individual clients professionally.
- Generate new leads through calls, networking, social media, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Arrange and conduct property visits with potential clients.
- Maintain regular communication and follow up with prospects.
- Negotiate with clients and support the sales process from inquiry to closing.
- Maintain proper records of leads, client communication, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Experience:
