PROPERTY MARKETING & LANDLORD LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST

Remote – Bangladesh

UK Property Market

Salary: BDT 35,000–50,000 per month + Commission

PROPERTY GIFT AG LTD is a London-based Lettings & Property Management company looking for a reliable and proactive specialist to help grow our landlord business across London.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Find and research potential landlords and property-owning companies

* Contact landlords professionally and generate genuine interest

* Arrange qualified landlord appointments for our UK team

* Manage follow-ups and maintain a landlord lead database/CRM

* Learn and work with Propertymark and Propertymark Connect

* Research UK landlord/property platforms and databases

* Build relationships with property accountants, mortgage brokers, solicitors, letting agents, developers, property sourcers and other landlord introducers

* Research relevant Facebook, LinkedIn and WhatsApp landlord/property groups

* Help set up and manage Property Gift's WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram

* Assist with website content, digital marketing and landlord marketing materials

The main objective is:

FIND LANDLORD → MAKE CONTACT → GENERATE INTEREST → ARRANGE APPOINTMENT

Our UK team will handle landlord meetings, property visits, negotiations, tenants and all physical property work in London.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Very good written English

* Experience in lead generation, digital marketing, business development or appointment setting

* Strong online research and communication skills

* Experience with social media and CRM systems

* Organised, proactive and results-focused

* UK property experience is an advantage but not essential

PAYMENT:

BDT 35,000–50,000 monthly basic salary depending on experience

+ COMMISSION for successful landlord deals

This is a long-term position with the opportunity to increase earnings based on results.
