Project Site Engineer

Job Summary

Mahim Builders is looking for a skilled and responsible Project Site Engineer to oversee construction site activities and ensure projects are completed according to quality, safety, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor ongoing construction activities.
• Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor and maintain quality control throughout the construction process.
• Supervise and coordinate labor at the project site.
• Manage and monitor the use of construction materials.
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, and other project team members to ensure smooth site operations.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain necessary site records and progress updates.
• Ensure work is completed within the required project schedule and standards.

Educational Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or
• Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Real Estate or Construction Site operations.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Project Management Software.
• Strong understanding of construction site operations.
• Good site inspection and quality control skills.
• Ability to manage labor and construction materials.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
