Project Manager Microwave Link

We are hiring a Project Manager for our microwave link projects. That is not really what this post is about.

BEE Technologies is expanding, and this role was created with a path attached to it. Deliver as PM, and the intention is to move you to General Manager - Operations, leading the microwave team and the other project managers. That is an expectation based on performance, not a promise on paper. I would rather say it plainly than dress it up.

What the job actually is: you own the MW link end to end. Work order in, then BOQ, IR, MOS, installation and alignment, PAT with the client, snag closure, billing, and follow-up until the money is collected. Not one slice of that. All of it.

You need real command of Huawei RTN 910A and 950A with ISM6 and ISM8 cards, and NEC iPASOLINK V4, 200, 400 and 400A - XPIC and Hybrid both. Ten years in telecom implementation, at least five of them leading teams. If you have worked for an operator's rollout vendor in Bangladesh - Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, or a turnkey partner - that counts for a great deal with us.

Head office in Uttara, with travel to sites across the country. One position. Salary negotiable, and it will reflect what you actually bring.
