Key Job Responsibilities
Project Planning & Management
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in parallel, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely completion.
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee entire project life cycle: design coordination, procurement, execution, monitoring, and handover.
- Manage multiple commercial interior projects simultaneously.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth progress.
- Ensure all works comply with design intent, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with the in-house design, structural, sales, and budget & costing teams.
- Lead construction teams and ensure clear communication across all levels.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
- Track progress and report regularly to management on status, delays, risks, and solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during execution.
- Maintain strong client relationships by ensuring timely delivery and addressing concerns.
- Experience: 5-10 years
- Education: bachelor of science in engineering
- Skills: construction management, construction supervision, project coordination, project management, architectural design, construction industry knowledge
