Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in Dhaka. The Project Manager will plan, organize, and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, preparing project schedules, monitoring progress, and identifying and resolving risks or delays. The role involves managing logistics and expediting processes, supervising inspections, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The Project Manager will lead project meetings, support cross-functional collaboration, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage timelines, follow up on deliverables, and ensure materials and services arrive as required.
• Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills to oversee quality checks, verify compliance, and support corrective actions when needed.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to handle movement of materials, resource allocation, and coordination with suppliers and service providers.
• Relevant experience in managing on-site projects, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or operational development environments.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and collaborate across different functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications (e.g., PMP or equivalent) are an advantage.
