Project Manager

We are hiring a Project Manager (Agency Experience preferred)

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 100% Remote

𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: Up to BDT 60K

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our team as a core member of our operations, with at least 2+ years of experience, preferably in a design or creative agency.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

- Lead daily stand-ups and keep internal team meetings sharp, focused, and actionable

- Allocate and align team resources based on project bandwidth, and report bandwidth clearly to leadership

- Act as a core member of the operations team, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and communication between clients and internal teams stays airtight

- Own project timelines, budgets, and deliverables from kickoff to delivery, independently onboarding new projects to ensure smooth execution.

- Manage tasks diligently across the team, catching blockers before they become delays

- Gather and analyze client requirements to refine project scope

Improve project profitability by streamlining planning and execution

- Guide the team using UX knowledge and problem-solving skills

- Apply Agile methods to manage projects

- Identify business opportunities and support strategic decision-making with insights

- Resolve internal and external conflicts (e.g., scope creep, timeline/quality issues, resource scarcity) by identifying root causes and implementing solutions.

- Build supportive relationships with team members, ensuring accountability and responsibility while providing guidance with care and empathy.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure goals are met, maintaining thorough documentation.

- Optimize operational bottlenecks and increase team efficiency by making timely, strategic decisions.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

- Minimum 2+ years of project management experience, ideally in a design or creative agency

- Proven experience independently onboarding and running digital projects (branding, UI/UX, development)

- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

- Experience with project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello

- Good understanding of UX design processes and problem-solving approaches

- Experience with Agile methodology for managing design and development projects

- Development or software project experience is a strong plus, alongside a design agency background

- Good command of AI tools and staying up-to-date with AI trends to enhance personal and organizational efficiency.

- Excellent English proficiency (writing and speaking) to effectively communicate with native English-speaking clients.

- 35% Resource management and task allocation, deciding who works on what, tracking bandwidth

- 25% Meetings, daily stand-ups, internal syncs, and client calls

- 20% Documentation and reporting, project status, resource bandwidth reports, process notes

- 15% Client communication and conflict resolution, scope discussions, expectation management

- 5% Process improvement and strategic input, spotting inefficiencies, suggesting better workflows.
