Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Project Manager will lead end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring that scope, budget, and timelines are met. Responsibilities include coordinating expediting and logistics activities, overseeing inspections, managing vendor and contractor relationships, and monitoring progress against project milestones. The role involves preparing status reports, identifying and mitigating risks, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate project meetings, and support continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
Qualifications

• Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
• Expeditor and Expediting experience to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and documentation
• Inspection capabilities to oversee quality checks, compliance, and verification of project deliverables
• Logistics Management skills to handle transportation, warehousing, and supply chain coordination
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Proven experience managing engineering or construction projects, preferably in an on-site environment
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams and external partners
• Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office applications
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
