Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects from initiation to completion. This role involves developing project plans, defining scope and timelines, coordinating resources, and managing budgets to ensure on-time, on-quality delivery. The Project Manager will liaise with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers, track progress against milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Daily tasks include overseeing logistics and expediting processes, organizing inspections, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and relevant regulations. The role also requires regular communication with stakeholders, facilitating meetings, and driving continuous improvement in project processes and outcomes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and risk management.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and project outputs.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify quality, compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate transportation, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Relevant academic background in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects, preferably in NGO, development, or infrastructure sectors, is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in common project management tools and software.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla, and the ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams.
