About The Role
DG Infotech is looking for a Project Management Executive to plan, coordinate, and drive execution across ongoing client and internal projects. This role sits close to delivery — you'll be the person keeping timelines honest, unblocking teams, and making sure stakeholders always know where things stand. You'll report directly into PM team and work closely with engineering, design, and client-facing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and track project timelines across multiple concurrent projects, flagging risks and slippage early.
- Coordinate across engineering, design, QA, and client teams to keep deliverables moving and unblock dependencies.
- Own project documentation — scope documents, status reports, meeting notes, and action item tracking.
- Run regular status meetings/standups and produce clear, concise stakeholder updates (internal leadership and clients).
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation in coordination with leadership.
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement in how projects are planned and executed.
- Escalate risks, blockers, and scope changes promptly with clear recommendations, not just problem statements.
- Maintain project tracking tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, or equivalent) and ensure data accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or related delivery roles, ideally in IT/software services.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Clear written and verbal communication — comfortable presenting status to both technical teams and clients/leadership.
- Working knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar) and basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
- Problem-solving mindset — able to anticipate risks and propose solutions, not just report status.
- PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
- Prior experience in a software/IT services or product company.
- Exposure to budgeting, resource planning, or client account management.
- Projects consistently hit committed timelines, or risks are flagged early enough to course-correct.
- Stakeholders (internal and client-facing) always have clear, up-to-date visibility into project status.
- Cross-team coordination feels smoother — fewer dropped handoffs, clearer ownership.
