Project Coordinator

Thirteen is an experience design agency based in Dhaka, working locally and internationally with top-tier luxury real estate companies.

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our digital agency.

You will be responsible for coordinating digital projects from kickoff to delivery, keeping clients and the internal team aligned, tracking deadlines, and making sure projects move forward smoothly.

You’ll work closely with Project Managers, UI/UX Designers, Web Developers, and clients to ensure every project is delivered on time and to a high standard.

• Coordinate multiple website design and development projects simultaneously.
• Create and maintain project timelines, task lists, and deadlines.
• Assign and follow up on tasks with designers and developers.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues early.
• Coordinate communication between clients and the internal team.
• Schedule meetings, project calls, and internal reviews.
• Collect client feedback and ensure it reaches the appropriate team member.
• Track revisions and make sure feedback is implemented correctly.
• Maintain organized project documentation and communication.
• Follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare project status updates for clients and management.
• Help ensure projects follow the agency's processes and quality standards.
• Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day project operations.

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, account management, or operations, preferably in a digital agency.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working with designers, developers, and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to take initiative.
• Comfortable working with project management tools such as ClickUp, Trello and Slack.
• Basic understanding of web design, UI/UX or web development is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work with international clients and adapt to different time zones.
