The role is designed to gradually expand from teaching responsibilities into broader coordination, stakeholder communication, and program management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct programming and robotics classes at STEMON and partner schools
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to school students
- Communicate professionally with school coordinators, teachers, and management
- Build and maintain relationships with partner schools and institutions
- Organize science fairs, robotics workshops, demo classes, presentations, and other educational activities
- Coordinate class schedules, logistics, and program execution
- Support onboarding, documentation, reporting, and other operational activities
- Training Period – First 3–4 Months
- During the initial training period, the position requires 6 working days per week:
- 5 days: Conducting classes at partner schools/office as scheduled
- Friday: Training at the Gulshan office, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Upon successful completion of the training period, the regular schedule will transition to 5 working days per week.
- Experience:
- Education: bachelor of science in computer science and engineering (cse)
- Skills: program coordination, staff training, staff development, staff scheduling, staff training and development, ground instructor, career opportunities, teacher training, technical mentorship, training program
