Mission Of The Position

The Programme Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership, technical oversight, and overall management of the STEP Project to ensure effective, timely, and high-quality implementation of project interventions. The position leads project planning, partnership management, organizational capacity strengthening, livelihood programming, disaster risk reduction (DRR), child protection, safeguarding, financial oversight, donor compliance, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring project objectives and sustainability.

Key Performance Areas And Main Responsibilities

Programme Leadership and Management

• Provide overall strategic leadership and management of the STEP Project in accordance with approved project documents, donor requirements, organizational policies, and national regulations.
• Lead the planning, implementation, monitoring, and timely delivery of all project activities and outputs.
