Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position as a Program Organizer based in Rangpur. The Program Organizer will manage and coordinate education programs, ensure smooth implementation of projects, and develop innovative approaches for program success. Responsibilities include day-to-day management of program activities, facilitating communication with stakeholders, monitoring progress, and resolving challenges to ensure program goals are achieved effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong program management and program development skills to design, plan, and execute initiatives effectively.
• Proficiency in project management principles, including planning, organizing, and monitoring activities to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teams and building partnerships with stakeholders.
• Customer service expertise to address the needs of program participants and stakeholders efficiently.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field is preferred, with relevant experience in program organization.
• Familiarity with educational development programs and knowledge of the local context in Rangpur is an advantage.
