Role Description The Professional Finance & Accounts role is a full-time position based in Chattogram with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some tasks to be completed from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining accurate accounting records, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. The role involves monitoring cash flows, assisting with audits, ensuring tax and regulatory compliance, and reconciling accounts on a regular basis. The professional will collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights, support management reporting, and enhance internal controls and financial processes. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying financial risks and opportunities and contributing to continuous improvement in financial operations.
Qualifications

• Strong Finance knowledge with practical experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Accounting, including general ledger management and compliance with relevant standards.
• Ability to prepare, interpret, and analyze Financial Statements for management and regulatory purposes.
• Solid Analytical Skills to assess financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Effective Communication skills for presenting financial information and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with accounting software and MS Excel or similar tools for financial reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, ACCA) are an advantage.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
