Role Description The Production Supervision Officer is a full-time, on-site role located at the Cox’s Bazar production facility. This position oversees daily production activities, ensures adherence to production schedules, and coordinates teams to meet quality, safety, and output targets. The role includes monitoring equipment and processes, reporting on production performance, and implementing improvements to optimize efficiency. The Production Supervision Officer will also collaborate with management on production planning, enforce workplace safety standards, and communicate clearly with staff and stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.
