A leading Food & Beverage company is looking for an experienced and technically competent Production Manager – Tetra Pak to lead and manage production operations of Tetra Pak packaging lines while ensuring production efficiency, product quality, food safety, and compliance with company standards.
- Plan, manage, and monitor daily production activities of Tetra Pak production/packaging lines.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining product quality and minimizing wastage.
- Lead and supervise production personnel and ensure effective manpower utilization.
- Monitor machine performance, line efficiency, downtime, OEE, production loss, and wastage.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth production operations.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain production records, reports, and relevant operational documentation.
- Support preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities in coordination with the Engineering/Maintenance team.
- Develop and implement initiatives for continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, company policies, and production standards.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- Additional professional training in production management, food safety, or Tetra Pak operations will be an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Candidates must have hands-on experience in Tetra Pak production/packaging lines.
- Experience in managing production operations in a large-scale FMCG/Food & Beverage manufacturing facility will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Tetra Pak line operation, production planning, line efficiency, troubleshooting, and production performance monitoring is required.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Sound technical knowledge of Tetra Pak production/packaging systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Knowledge of food safety, GMP, HACCP, and quality management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve production targets.
- Experience: 3-7 years
- Education: bachelor of science in food engineering (fe-food)
