Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities to ensure production targets are achieved.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare daily and monthly production reports and maintain accurate production records.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Experience:
- Education: bachelor of science in industrial & production engineering (ipe)
- Skills: production management, production engineering, manufacturing operations management, manufacturing engineering, daily operations management, cgmp manufacturing, production coordination, quality management, responsibilities
