Role Description The Production Assistant is a temporary, on-site role based in Chattogram, Bangladesh. This position supports daily production activities, including coordinating materials, monitoring workflow on the shop floor, and assisting supervisors with scheduling and documentation. The role helps track production output, report any delays or issues, and ensure products meet established quality and safety standards. The Production Assistant collaborates with production, quality, and customer-facing teams to maintain smooth operations and timely order fulfillment. The role may also involve preparing basic reports, updating records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.

• Candidates should possess skills in Production Assistance and basic production coordination.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control, with attention to detail and adherence to standards.
• Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service, with a focus on clear communication and responsiveness.
• Candidates should possess skills in Editing for production-related documents and records.
• Candidates should possess strong Teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse production staff.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or textile processes is beneficial.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a structured, fast-paced environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and local language are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a production or factory setting is preferred but not mandatory.
