Product Manager

Role Description The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of agro food products offered through Insaf Agro’s e-commerce and franchise channels. This contract, remote role involves conducting market and customer research, defining product requirements, and prioritizing features based on business and user needs. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations, marketing, and technology to ensure timely product launches and improvements. Day-to-day tasks include tracking product performance, analyzing data to inform decisions, coordinating with suppliers and stakeholders, and ensuring products meet quality and regulatory standards. The role also includes preparing product documentation, aligning product roadmaps with company strategy, and contributing to continuous optimization of the digital customer experience.
Qualifications

• Strong product management skills, including experience with product lifecycle management, roadmap planning, and requirement gathering.
• Experience in market research, data analysis, and translating customer insights into product decisions.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital product operations, or franchise-based business models.
• Understanding of agro, food production, or FMCG sectors, including quality and compliance considerations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills across remote and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote contract setting, with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Food Technology, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Experience with basic project management tools and methods; familiarity with agile or lean practices is an advantage.
