- Lead the Product Development department for luxury handbag manufacturing.
- Review customer Tech Packs, drawings, BOM, and specifications.
- Coordinate sample development from proto to production.
- Ensure products meet buyer specifications and quality expectations.
- Conduct feasibility analysis and manufacturing risk assessment.
- Work closely with Merchandising, Technical, IE, Production, and Quality teams.
- Develop manufacturing methods for new styles.
- Control development timelines to meet customer deadlines.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.
- Lead pilot production and production readiness activities.
- Resolve technical issues during development and commercialization.
- Participate in customer meetings and technical discussions.
- Experience: 10 years
- Education: bachelor of science in textile engineering (te)
- Skills: product development, product management, manufacturing engineering, mechanical product design, product development & prototyping, technical knowledge of garment production
