Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Developer role based in the Narayanganj District. The Product Developer will be responsible for creating and improving packaging products, from concept to commercialization, in alignment with customer needs and internal standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting research and development activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams on product specifications, and ensuring compliance with relevant quality and safety requirements. The role involves supporting product trials, analyzing performance data, and providing technical input to optimize materials, design, and production processes. The Product Developer will also document product information, communicate project updates, and assist in resolving technical issues related to existing and new products.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Product Development and Research and Development (R&D) skills, with experience taking concepts through testing to market-ready solutions.
• Candidates should possess Product Management skills, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring product lifecycles and requirements.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers, and to prepare clear technical documentation.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Food Technology or packaging-related technical disciplines when applicable to customer requirements.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Packaging Science, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in the Narayanganj District and operate effectively in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with familiarity with quality assurance and safety standards.
• Experience in the packaging industry or related sectors is an advantage.
