- Creating design and working drawing by computer-aided design (AutoCAD, Sketch up, Max- V-ray Render, D-5, Lumion, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe after effects and other relevant Software).
- Lead projects across design, documentation, permitting, and site coordination.
- Produce and oversee drawings and construction documentation.
- Coordinate consultants, timelines, and deliverables with strong quality control.
- Engage with clients to manage requirements, feedback, and presentations.
- Support and guide team members with clear direction and follow-through.
- Anticipate challenges and propose practical, well-resolved solutions.
- Work within project deadlines and ensure consistent quality.
- Experience: 2-5 years
- Education: bachelor of architecture (b.arch.)
- Skills: technical proficiency in design software, autocad architecture, design software proficiency (e.g., architectural design, civil design, engineering drawings, design software, construction drawings, civil engineering design, engineeringdesign
