Product Designer

Strong Force Analytics is US-based AI and data-focused technology company that partners with businesses to design, build, and scale their digital products — from early concept through to production.

About the Role

As a Product Designer, you own how the product looks, how it feels to use, and how it shows up in public. Design is your core strength. You also build your own designs into working frontend code and create the visual templates that promote our products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design

• Turn vague problem statements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
• Design interfaces for data-heavy products: dashboards, charts, filters, live data views
• Build and maintain our design system — components, tokens, patterns, docs
• Run quick usability checks and iterate based on what users actually do
• Keep accessibility and responsive behavior a default, not a final pass

2. Frontend

• Convert your own designs into working code with React, Next.js, or Vue
• Wire up components to APIs and real data with backend support
• Keep the codebase in Git with clean, reviewable pull requests

3. Content & Social

• Build reusable templates for promo graphics and short videos — the goal is a system, not daily manual work
• Set the visual direction for product updates and social posts
• Maintain one consistent visual voice across product UI, marketing, and social
• Use AI tools to produce content fast without it looking generic

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years designing and shipping real products — or a portfolio strong enough that the number stops mattering
• Degree in any field welcome: design, CS, or unrelated. Self-taught is fine. We judge the work only.
• Strong command of Figma (Sketch or Adobe XD also fine)
• Comfortable in motion and content tools: Canva, After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, or equivalent
• Can build what you design: solid HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and working React, Next.js, or Vue. You don't need to be a deep engineer — clean, functional UI code is enough
• Comfortable with Git and pull requests
• Uses AI/LLM tools across design, coding, and content
• Curiosity, ownership, and a positive attitude
• Mandatory: fluency in written and spoken English
• Bonus: data visualization experience (D3, Recharts, Plotly), TypeScript, Tailwind

We Offer

• Salary: $200–$400/month, based on expertise
• Remote work with flexible hours
• Team is based in Bangladesh — weekends are Friday–Saturday, holidays follow the Bangladesh Government calendar
• Direct work with US clients on real production products
