Product Consultant

Cultive8 Technologies Limited is looking for a Product Consultant to work at the intersection of agriculture, enterprise operations, customers, and technology.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding complex business processes, working directly with customers and field teams, and translating real-world operational problems into scalable technology products.

You will work across Cultive8’s existing and upcoming solutions in areas such as Agri-machineries, Farm Systems & Contract Farming, Dealer & Field Operations, Feed & Livestock, Finance & FinTech. The role involves close collaboration with our CEO, Product & Technology teams, customers, designers, engineers, and field operations.

The position is initially a Consultant / Contract role, with a defined pathway to transition into a full-time Product Manager position based on performance and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Conduct product discovery through customer interviews, field visits, workflow mapping, user research, and market analysis

• Translate business and operational challenges into clear product requirements, workflows, user stories, and specifications

• Work closely with engineering and design teams from requirements through development, testing, UAT, and launch

• Maintain and prioritize product backlogs based on customer needs, business value, and development effort

• Help build scalable product capabilities while minimizing unnecessary customization and feature creep

• Work with Customer Success and Implementation teams during deployments and customer workshops

• Analyze customer feedback, usage patterns, and implementation challenges to identify product improvements

• Support the research, design, prototyping, piloting, and commercialization of new products across agriculture, supply chains, embedded finance, traceability, analytics, and AI

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Technology Consulting, Software Implementation, or a related role

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

• Ability to work across both business and technical teams with a high degree of ownership

• Comfortable visiting farms, estates, dealers, distributors, poultry operations, enterprise customers, and other field locations as required

Nice to Have:

• Experience with B2B SaaS, ERP, agriculture, agribusiness, food, livestock, poultry, FinTech, or Technology Consulting

• Experience taking products or features from 0 to 1 in a startup environment

• Familiarity with dealer and distribution network operations in Bangladesh or similar markets
