📍 Location: Uttara, Dhaka

Aspiration Faluz Ltd. is looking for a skilled Procurement Officer to join our growing real estate development team. If you have hands-on experience in sourcing construction materials and managing vendor relationships, this could be the right opportunity for you.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate suppliers for construction materials (cement, bricks, steel, sand, tiles, sanitary items, etc.)
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
- Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs)
- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for timely material supply
- Monitor market trends and pricing
- Maintain vendor database and strong supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering / BBA in Supply Chain / PGD in Supply Chain
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement (real estate developer preferred)
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
