Position: Procurement Executive (Local Procurement)

MH Global Group is seeking a dynamic, responsible, and result-oriented Procurement Executive (Local Procurement) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing local procurement activities, ensuring timely sourcing of quality materials, maintaining supplier relationships, and supporting cost-effective purchasing operations.

• Source and procure goods and services from local suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure competitive purchasing.
• Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and maintain procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and product quality.
• Conduct market research to identify new products, vendors, and pricing trends.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare periodic procurement reports.
• Support inventory management by ensuring timely delivery of purchased items.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in local procurement or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of local supplier markets and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
