Process Quality Manager

Role Description The Process Quality Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chattogram, responsible for overseeing and improving quality processes within the apparel manufacturing operations. This role includes monitoring production workflows, implementing quality standards, and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements. The Process Quality Manager will analyze process performance, identify root causes of quality issues, and drive corrective and preventive actions. Day-to-day tasks involve collaborating with production, engineering, and management teams to streamline processes, conduct audits, train staff on quality practices, and prepare reports on quality metrics and improvements.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, with the ability to design, implement, and monitor robust quality checks.
• Strong background in Quality Management, including setting standards, managing audits, and maintaining documentation aligned with organizational goals.
• Proficiency in Business Process Improvement, focusing on optimizing workflows, reducing defects, and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and supporting evidence-based decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile/Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Experience in garment or textile manufacturing environments, preferably in large-scale or denim operations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead training or improvement initiatives.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
