Role Description The Presales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Banani. This role involves working closely with the sales team and clients to understand business and technical requirements, preparing tailored solution proposals, and delivering product and solution presentations or demonstrations. The Presales Consultant collaborates with internal technical teams and vendor partners to design architectures and configurations that align with client needs. Daily tasks include responding to RFPs/RFQs, preparing technical documentation, supporting solution sizing and pricing, and providing presales support throughout the sales cycle. The role also includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Connex’s product portfolio and industry trends to advise clients effectively.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess client requirements, evaluate solutions, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Candidates should possess Consulting and Presales skills to translate business needs into technical solutions, prepare proposals, and guide clients through solution options.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to support the sales process, build client relationships, and contribute to winning new opportunities.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to coordinate presales activities, manage timelines, and ensure smooth handover to implementation teams.
• Relevant experience in IT solutions, such as cybersecurity, data center, networking, cloud, or enterprise infrastructure, is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Professional certifications in relevant technologies or vendor platforms (e.g., networking, security, cloud) are an advantage.
