PRE-SALES ENGINEER

Join Our Sales & Marketing Team

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer with a strong technical background to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a CSE/IT background, previous software development experience, and a passion for understanding technology and presenting software solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct software product demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Work closely with the Sales team to support the pre-sales process.
• Translate technical features into clear business benefits for customers.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, product demos, and technical explanations.
• Assist in preparing proposals, solution documents, and technical responses.
• Coordinate with the Development team to understand product capabilities and address technical queries.
• Participate in client meetings, requirement discussions, and solution planning.
• Support the sales team in handling technical questions throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our software products, modules, and features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Previous experience in software development, programming, or software implementation is required.
• Strong understanding of software applications and business processes.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to work directly with clients and support sales activities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Development, and other teams.
