Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pre-Sales Engineer role based in Bangladesh. The Pre-Sales Engineer will work closely with the sales team and partners to understand customer requirements, design security and AIoT solutions, and prepare technical proposals, system architectures, and cost estimations. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept activities, as well as responding to RFPs/RFQs with clear solution designs and documentation. The role involves providing pre-sales technical support, advising on product selection, and ensuring proposed solutions align with customer needs, industry standards, and Hikvision best practices. The Pre-Sales Engineer will also coordinate with regional and global technical teams, stay current on Hikvision technologies, and support training and knowledge transfer for customers and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong technical skills in IP networking, CCTV and video surveillance systems, access control, and related security technologies.
• Candidates should possess solution design skills, including requirements analysis, system architecture design, BoQ preparation, and technical proposal writing.
• Candidates should possess communication and collaboration skills, including clear presentation abilities, client-facing interaction, and cross-functional teamwork.
• Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating customer environments, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing solutions.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with relevant software tools, such as design and planning tools, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), and documentation platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Experience in pre-sales, system integration, or security/AIoT projects in enterprise or commercial environments is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Bangladesh, travel to customer locations as needed, and communicate effectively in English and local languages.
